ESUHSD门项目 目标 are: (1) to provide our 门 students with differentiated instruction; (2) to increase underrepresented student identification and ensure full participation of students from economically disadvantaged and diverse cultural and 语言 backgrounds by 10%; (3) to provide guidance and support to our 2,902 门 students; (4) to provide our 工作人员 with research-based best practices professional development opportunities; (5) to increase parent participation in the 门 program by 10%; and, (6)根据学生的表现，提高项目满意度10%, 工作人员, 和家长的调查.

The 东区联盟高中 utilizes the Site Based Management model of governance. 门 programs and funds are being implemented and administered at the local level.

每年年初, the 门 advocates notify the instructional 工作人员 of the availability of funds. The advocates are also acts as local experts on 门 funding protocol and issues. Proposals for 门 projects are submitted by 工作人员 to the 门 advocate. The advocate is responsible to support the 工作人员 to ensure that the proper protocol has followed.

The 学校 Site Council acts as the 门 advisory council and review and award projects with the support of the 门 advocate.
